Our Story
While living in Brazil, our family, like many others, would enjoy pão francês regularly from local bakeries and supermarkets. With a crispy, crackly crust and lightweight crumb, pão francês is a staple loved by all Brazilians. We would even say it's Brazil's best kept secret!
After we moved back to the United States, pão francês was the thing we missed most. Brandon eventually learned to bake at home, experimenting with different recipes until he found the perfect one.
When our friends found out, they started asking if we could bake for them as well! Slowly, we've grown to what you see today.
