Brazil's best kept secret, Pão Francês is the country's take on traditional French bread. Sometimes in English it's called Brazilian Bread, but we prefer Brazilian style French Bread.

Our recipe is designed to stay safe and fresh while it is shipped to your door. When it arrives, freeze it immediately. Warming it up straight from the freezer in the oven or air fryer will create a crispy, crackly crust that Brazilian Pão Francês is famous for!

We use only the finest natural ingredients, and offer quantities of 16 or 32 frozen rolls. The bread ships in packages of four that are easy to store no matter your freezer size.

Pão Francês is often eaten as part of a hot ham and cheese sandwich, with Nutella, butter, doce de leite, or just by themselves. It is loved by nearly all Brazilians, and eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even café da tarde.

How to Use

Freeze your bread immediately after it arrives. This will keep it fresh for up to 6 months.

Once it is frozen, you can enjoy it by warming it up directly from the freezer. Cooking times vary, but we recommend starting at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.

We ship in packages of four loaves, and it is easy to break off one or two at a time to bake just the right amount.

Every time l get my delivery the person delivering never rings my buzzer and always leave my box by the syreet doesn’t matter how hot it is outside or if it’s pouring rain … we don’t know when it’s delivered and kadt time was the next morning that we found our box outside our gate . We just need they to use the buzzer and we open the gates or get notified tgat our bread was in fact delivered

92F outside in NJ and for the second time they delivered my bread outside my gate and no notification! They could ring the bell at the gate so we open it and we know that we have a delivery. Conclusion : my bread was seating in my loan all night long until next morning that l was leaving my house and found the box all wet from the sprinklers and hot from the summer 🫣😫
