We ship 16 or 32 loaves in individual packages of four loaves each. This ensures that your bread stays fresh during shipping and makes it easy to store in your freezer.

3. Freeze your bread: When your bread arrives, it's not frozen. However, we recommend that you freeze it right away to maintain freshness. Our Pão Francês was developed special to stay fresh until it arrives at your door, and then to be frozen until you are ready to enjoy. It can be stored in your freezer for several months.

4. Warm up your bread: When you're ready to enjoy your Pão Francês, simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Then, take out the number of loaves you need and bake the bread for 5-7 minutes. Your bread will come out of the oven warm and crispy, just like fresh bread from a Brazilian bakery!
